As my senior year is (kinda) coming to an end, I am already starting to see who I’ll be keeping in touch with and those who I’ll be saying my goodbyes to on May 21st, for good. The way I see this is in a clear straight a-way perspective: if you are barely making an effort in keeping our friendship going now, who knows how our friendship with be in the “very near” future? Honestly, I have other friends. I don’t need you in my life, I have 2 best friends that I know will always stand beside me through it all. But then again, I never said I didn’t want you there. Of course I still want you there. We’ve gone through 4 years together, and right now, we don’t have time to let our friendship go down the drain. All I want to know is that you still care, and you are willing to be there. That’s it. Is that too much to ask?
